 APRIL 2013 – INTERIM ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE

Ø  Students must arrive by 8:00 am. 

Ø  Breakfast will be served from 7:00 am – 7:40 am. 

Ø  Students will be released from the assessment starting at 11 am. 

Ø  “Specials” (buses) will be provided for those who live in the designated areas.  “Specials” will leave OCS by 11:15 am.   Students who do not live in the areas associated with the “Specials” will be given tokens to accommodate their transportation home.

Ø  Students who are not present during the week of the interim assessments must make up all missed interims on Friday, April 26^th, 2013, beginning at 8:15 am.  Breakfast will not be served on this day.  Students may use their bus pass to get to school.  However, tokens will be provided to assist with transportation home.
