Oracle Students Compete in Model UN

BUFFALO, NY – Six students from Oracle Charter School participated in the Model UN Competition at the University of Buffalo, North Campus. Over 100 students from over 60 high schools from Western New York and Pennsylvania were present.  Oracle's resolution was selected for debate by the Special Political and Ad Hoc Political Committees.  This was particularly prestigious as this is Oracle's first time competing in a Model UN competition.  The students placed 5th on the Ad Hoc Special Political Committee and 8th place on the Special Political Committee.  Congratulations!
